The Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation
From Rookie to Expert

The Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation awards semi-annual real estate grants totaling more than $1,000,000 every year to approximately 5,000 aspiring real estate agents seeking to pursue a real estate career.

The goal is to assist newly licensed real estate agents starting in real estate to enter the industry and to facilitate the creation of top producing real estate sales associates by providing quality real estate education, guidance, products and services to expedite a successful fast track to profitability.

Every year the Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation appoints a new panel of 15 judges. Judges are appointed based on industry experience, leadership, vision and impartiality. They consist of industry leaders, real estate authors, business professionals, CEO’s of large real estate brokerages and successful top producing Realtors®.

Finalists are selected through essays that are graded on traits such as communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, salesmanship skills, uniqueness, creativity and integrity.
