Real Estate Grants Draw Interest from Newly Licensed Real Estate Agents
Aliso Viejo, Calif. August 12th, 2004 – The Real Estate Apprentice Foundation announced that it brand new website recorded 173,035 hits in the first 40 days. Foundation Deputy Executive Director Dr. Martin Oliver said the Real Estate Grants, which total a quarter of a million dollars ($250,000.00) annually, received a very warm reception from both real estate brokers and agents. The Real Estate Apprentice Grant program includes the largest amount ever allocated to the betterment of new licensed real estate agents.
The Grant program opened its doors for applications on Thursday July 1st and will accept applications for the first season until the end of this year. During the six-month period, ten successful and lucky newly licensed real estate agents will qualify to win real estate grants that include real estate education, mentoring, coaching, advertising, products and services. The overall winner, who will also be awarded the title “The Real Estate Apprentice,” will receive a grant totaling $75,000 while nine finalists will individually be receiving a grant valued at over $5,000 each. Grants will not require any form of repayment.
Participation is open to new real estate agents that are US/Canadian citizens or legal residents and who will take a real estate licensing course through a recognizes real estate school during the period July 1st through December 31st.
