Rookies Race for Top Grant

Real Estate Apprentice Foundation Releases List of Honorable Mentions

RISMEDIA, August 9, 2006 - When more than 2,000 rookie real estate agents began the marathon to receive a portion of $500,000 in real estate educational products and services, it was inevitable that not every participant would break the tape simultaneously to split first place 2,128 different ways. In every race there are winners and losers. However, as the top 30 participants begin to close in on that final mile and we inch closer to the revelation of the judge’s secret-ballot decision for the next Grand Prize Winner.

The Real Estate Apprentice® moniker has become increasingly synonymous with an organization that endeavors to create win-win situations for rookie agents, pledging that “No Agent Left Behind”. To that end, every one of the last six-month’s Season IV applicants – all 2,128 U.S. and Canadian rookies – were offered $250 worth of products and services, just for applying to the competition by answering three essay questions.

More substantive prizes, however, now hang in the balance, and required more tenacity, more skill, more daring, and certainly more bravado to achieve. From here on out each of the top 30 contestants is guaranteed at least $300 in real estate educational products and services, as prizes rise to $800, then $2,500 and $7,000, with the final grand prize of $70,000 soon to be awarded to one deserving rookie.

In a RISMedia exclusive release, the Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation today provided the names of the competition’s Honorable Mentions.
