Sherry Nienaber

Sherry Nienaber joined Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in the Hockessin, Delaware office after attending the Delaware School of Real Estate. She holds licenses in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Prior to her real estate career, Sherry was a Financial Analyst and Investment Accountant with PFPC Inc. She has earned a Business degree from Consolidated School of Business in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and is completing a degree from West Chester University where she maintains a 4.0 GPA and is a scholarship recipient. Sherry’s other interests include interior design, home improvement, and volunteering in schools and her church.

Bruce Sayre

Bruce Sayre was born on January 17, 1961. After graduating from high school and college Bruce entered the USAF, realizing his goal of serving his country as a pilot. By 2001 he had risen to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve and had joined American Airlines as a pilot. After 9/11 Bruce returned to active duty and currently serves as a course instructor at the Air Command and Staff College in Montgomery AL, where he resides with his wife Jennifer and son Aidan. Bruce attended real estate school at the Sherry Weeks Real Estate Academy and is a realtor with ERA Weeks and Browning Realty of Montgomery, AL.

Sharon White

Sharon passed a real estate course when she was 18. “People said I was young”, so she decided to wait. She put herself through college and studied interior design while working as a graphic artist, wall muralist, and a closet designer. Sharon developed a talent for helping people create their visions and reach their goals. Her business skills added to her confidence to pursue her first ambition. 15 years later, she finally made the economic decision to make real estate her rewarding career and art her passionate hobby. Sharon earned her license through attending classes at the Moseley-Flint School of Real Estate and now works with Blankenbeckler Real Estate, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia.

Darla Smith

Darla was born to move, literally, as a daughter of an electrician who moved to where the jobs were she grew up being familiar with the process of finding a new home. After completing high school she started college at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, where she earned her MRS with a military man during her second semester. Being married to the military she has completed over 7 moves with her family in 13 years while continuing to raise children, attend school, and build a prosperous real estate career. Attending real estate school at Dallas County Community College, Darla possesses a strong understanding of her clients’ needs while serving them with knowledge, dedication, perseverance and energy. She now is a full time agent with Prudential Texas Properties in Weatherford, Texas.

Crystal Justice

Crystal was born in Tampa, FL and attended Tampa Bay Technical High School, where she met her husband, Jerry Justice. At twenty-one she decided to obtain her Commercial Drivers License to join her husband on the road. They have visited the entire United States and two providences in Canada. In the summer of 2000 they relocated to historic Red Boiling Springs, TN and purchased their first home. Crystal became hooked on real estate. After attending Volunteer State Community College and Trevecca Nazarene University to complete her Bachelor’s Degree, Crystal enrolled in Tennessee Real estate Educational System and is now employed as a full time agent with JT Shrum Auction & Realty.

Elbert Davis

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Elbert worked in the healthcare and education fields. A habilitation specialist for four years he worked with individuals with developmental disabilities and assisted them in learning basic skills to be able to lead more productive lives. Elbert also worked in Head Start for two years as a reading coach as well as for Americorps in their Appalread program for struggling students. Elbert is currently enrolled in a doctorate program while selling real estate full time for Old Colony, Realtors in Barboursville, WV. Elbert is a graduate of Clarksburg Real Estate Training Center.

Rain Silverhawk

Rain was adopted at a young age in Las Vegas, NV. She graduated high school early with honors and served as a bio med technician in the U.S. Navy. She has raised three children. Rain has had some wonderful and fulfilling careers in her life; nurse specializing in spinal injuries and hospice care, running her own web hosting, web design, and graphics design and arts company. A tragic loss of her home in a forest fire in 1992 did not prevent Rain from seeking a real estate career. Rain attended North Idaho Real Estate Academy and is a full time agent with Sandpoint Realty in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Pankhuri Parti

Pankhuri was born and raised in Lucknow, India, her upbringing was quite humble. Completing most of her education in India, she came to the U.S. for further studies and graduate school. She returned to India to work with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in New Delhi as a project scientist. In India she met her husband and decided to accompany him to Chicago. Preferring the flexible hours offered, she decided to enter the field of real estate after taking classes at Realtors Real Estate School in Chicago. Pankhuri is a fulltime licensed salesperson associated with Keller Williams Realty, Genesis Gold Coast in Chicago.

Katrina Lofton

Katrina graduated from Cal State University Dominguez Hills with a BS in Business and Marketing. Through perseverance and dedication she graduated with a 3.8 GPA. After college Katrina landed a job in the Marketing Industry. Following her son’s birth, Katrina’s husband planted the idea of a real estate career, which would offer a flexible schedule and allow her to employ her business knowledge. Katrina received her training from Allied Real Estate School. She practices real estate full time with her husband at Coldwell Banker Source One Realty in Redondo Beach, CA. She enjoys traveling, volunteer work and staying active.
