Criteria

Applications are judged on the basis of salesmanship and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity and uniqueness.

Judging Procedures

Organizers grade the initial questions. A panel consisting of recognized national industry leaders, top producing industry agents, authors, scholars, well known personalities and platinum steering group sponsors judge the finalists using additional questions and/or essays.

Who Are The Judges?

Every year a panel of 15 independant judges is appointed. The Foundation appoints the Chairman who acts as the overall coordinator of the judging process. Selection of judges is based on industry experience, leadership, vision and impartiality.
