Participation is limited to US/Canadian citizens or legal residents who are currently taking or who have recently taken for the first time, a real estate pre-licensing course through a state or nationally accredited Real Estate School. That class must be in progress or have been taken sometime during the six months contest season or 90 days prior (see important dates). Participation is also open to those individuals whose pre-license class may not qualify within the contest time frame but who have received their real estate sales license for the first time during the same six months contest season or 90 days prior. Winning applicants must at the time of award have passed their state/province real estate licensing examination and be a licensed agent in good standing. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
