For Participation

No purchase is required.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Participation is open to US/Canadian citizens or legal residents who are taking or have taken a real estate licensing course or became licensed as a new agent during the six month contest period, or 90 days preceeding. Applicant must at the time of award have passed the state/province real estate licensing examination and be a licensed agent in good standing. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.

By participating in this grant program, entrants
agree to be bound by the Official Rules and all decisions of
the judges.

If selected as a Finalist, you must be willing to participate
in an interview with the judges, if requested.

Neither you nor any of your immediate family
members or anyone living in your household may be or have been
within the past two (2) years, employees, officers, directors
or judges of The Real Estate Apprentice®
Foundation.

One application per person only, irrespective
of Grant contest period or multiple email addresses.
-
The Foundation reserves the right to
add more questions subject to the volume of applications
-
Applicants may work for any real estate brokerage
company but may not be employed by a financial institution,
title company, insurance company or any other ancillary business
related to the real estate transaction on a full-time basis.

Selection of the Finalists and Grand Prize
Winners are at the discretion of the judging panel and are final,
non-negotiable and not open for review and will not be withdrawn
as long as awardees are in compliance with all essay contest
terms and conditions.

Any federal, state and/or local income taxes
due as a result of becoming a Finalist, or Winner of the Grant
competition shall be the sole financial responsibility of the
awardee.

This Grant is void where prohibited by law.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

All Winners will be notified by e-mail and
it remains the participant's responsibility to ensure that organizers
are provided with a current valid e-mail address. Failure to
do so will result in forfeiture of all awarded Grants.

All winners must sign an Affidavit of award, Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form.
-
The affidavit must be returned within 10 days of e-mail notification
by The Foundation.
-
Non-compliance with any rule may result in
disqualification.
-
Return of any prize notification e-mail as
undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate
will be selected.

Finalist will be required to show proof that
they have passed their state/province real estate license test.
-
This agreement shall be deemed to be entered
into in Orange County, California, USA and shall be governed
by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State
of California, applicable to agreements executed and fully carried
out within California.
Requirements For
All Finalists
-
Remain an active agent in good standing for
a minimum of 12 months after they have been awarded.

Share their career and business related information
during a three year period immediately following being selected
so that organizers are able to assist, monitor and promote their
progress, activities and career.

Actively follow the guidance, coaching and
education recommended and implement a large portion of the products
and services recommended in the program.

Sign a waiver stating that by acceptance
of any Grant, the Finalists and Grand Prize Winners consents
to the use of their name and/or likeness and any entry material
submitted in any form, by The Real Estate
Apprentice™ Foundation and it's Sponsors for advertising
or trade without further compensation, unless such waiver is
prohibited by law.

The Grant does not discriminate and is fair and impartial regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, marital status, political affiliation and sexual orientation. Privacy Policy
All information received is considered confidential and will not be shared with any third party not directly involved with The Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation except to Judges and Sponsors as needed.

of the Grant and are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late,
damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or for any resulting technical

and its Sponsors are not responsible for any liability for damage
to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing
or downloading information in connection with this promotion.

OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ORGANIZERS AND SPONSOR RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The Foundation,
Organizers and its Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion
to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process.
