| CORLIA MACDONALD |

Born in South Africa, Corlia MacDonald’s parents worked as managers in the clothing and furniture business. At age 7, she became a gymnast, eventually becoming a part of the pre-junior national team. At age sixteen she represented South Africa against Switzerland as a Senior National Team Member. After graduating from high school Corlia began working for a chemical company before starting her own chemical laboratory company with her husband. For security reasons they decided to move to the United States thereby providing a better future for their children. During May of 2005, Corlia enrolled in a real estate pre-license course offered through IFREC Real Estate School a RealtyU® Affiliate in Florida. She subsequently passed the examination on June 15 and has entered the exciting world of Real Estate with Weichert Realtors®. “It feels as if my life has been leading me to this and I am keen to learn all there is to know on how to become a very successful Realtor®” she said. |

Richard attended Real Estate Certification Program (RECP) a RealtyU® Affiliate in Indianapolis, passed his State examination March 29th, 2005 and has already listed two homes and sold an impressive seven. His 22 years of experience in retail management, sales techniques and motivational training is providing an excellent foundation. Richard decided to enter the real estate industry to be able to chart his future and success. Being a seasoned, motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with an extreme entrepreneurial spirit, will allow Richard to create the same levels of success he enjoyed in his prior career. Richard is a full time agent with Century21 Realty Group Reisert. |

Kristi Beamon is a native of Michigan. She possesses a BA in Communications from Wayne State University in Detroit and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Ms. Beamon entered the real estate profession as a means of creating a successful business endeavor to leave for future generations while creating opportunities to revitalize communities. Kristi has five years of automotive manufacturing finance and accounting experience. Additionally, she has worked in human resources for a Big 3 Accounting Firm, operations and administration for a non-profit professional women’s organization and has been the owner of several entrepreneurial ventures. She is now a full time agent with Coldwell Banker Schweitzer.

Katie who has completed a five year maintenance electrician apprenticeship in nuclear power, passed her real estate exam in February this year, then went full time with New Home Marketing in Wichita, Kansas in March. Since then she has already racked up a phenomenal 11 listings and 11 sales. Her sales were not only in new homes but 50% of her transactions included existing homes. Jim Wood, Broker/Owner of New Home Marketing described Katie as: “Awesome personality and very sharp technology skills! Ever since she came into this business she has been on fire. She actually has a civil engineering background, which is unusual but I believe that the Real Estate Apprentice Grant Program has kindled a fire in her to succeed”. Katie took her real estate licensing courses at Career Education Systems (CES) of Wichita, Kansas, an Affiliate of the RealtyU ® network of real estate schools. |
| ROLAND CASTLLO |

Roland, who has a Bachelor of Biblical Literature degree, and who completed his course work toward a Masters of Arts degree in counseling, worked as a youth pastor and meeting planner for 15 years. It was while he was working for Keller Williams Corporate that he discovered many secrets about how to run a successful real estate practice. Roland started with Keller Williams as a full time agent in the beginning of 2005 and didn’t have any sales during the first three months. Wise planning, good systems, hard work, and faith in God paid off, and by August Roland had 14 listings, sold 9 houses and has 2 pending offers. Roland took his real estate licensing course at Austin Institute of Real Estate, a RealtyU® Affiliate. |
| ROXANN MCDANIEL |

Native Houstonian, Roxann McDaniel worked as an Account Executive for 15 years selling television commercial airtime for CNN, ESPN, USA and TNT. She built a reputation on reliability and strong work ethics, which resulted in high customer sales and client retention. Roxann also won awards, which ultimately led to being recruited by another company to lead their sales force. “Sales management was a very rewarding position as I was able to use the skills I had learned in my own sales career to nurture a group of wonderful individuals. We succeeded in bringing the company’s sales above and beyond a profitable position in the market, enabling them to sell the division” said McDaniel. Roxann now is employed by Prudential Gary Greene Realtors® in Texas. Roxann took her real estate licensing course at Champions Real Estate School, a RealtyU® Affiliate. |
| PRISCILLA WHITESIDE |

Priscilla Whiteside is married to a U.S. Navy F18 pilot who served in Afghanistan and Iraq. In 1993 Priscilla earned a BA in Communications. After graduation she was appointed by Governor Wilson as a staffer in the Central Valley District Office. She served as California Youth Coordinator for the Dole/Kemp Campaign. While a Director for the California Republican Party, Priscilla was in charge of major donor fund-raising projects for Sacramento PBS and team manager for Team in Training a permanent fund-raising project for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Priscilla completed her MBA with a thesis project in the creation of a non-profit organization to assist military families in housing and other needs. Priscilla is a full time agent with Coldwell Banker Best Realty. She took her real estate licensing course at California Brokers Institute. |
| ROBERT GINN |

Robert Ginn graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. After graduation, he served as an Airborne Ranger Field Artillery Officer and Helicopter Instructor Pilot. He left the Army in 1976 with the Army Commendation Medal and an Honorable Discharge to join IBM. During the next twenty-seven years, Bob held multiple positions with IBM completing his career as a Principal in IBM’s Business Consulting Services. Bob has now joined Harry Norman, Realtors® in Atlanta. He plans to use his knowledge and experience to develop a specialty in helping empty nesters as they “resize” their housing requirements. Bob took his real estate licensing course at Barney Fletcher RealtyU®. |
| TINA BARLETTA |

Barletta was a US Army Military Intelligence Officer for nine years, culminating as a Company Commander in Germany. She then spent 10+ years in corporate America with positions including Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, as well as Senior Director of Marketing, National Sales Manager and National Trainer. She began her sales and marketing career as a sales representative selling surgical devices to surgeons. Tina earned her bachelors degrees in Political Science and French from the University of Connecticut graduating Summa cum Laude. She has a master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College, Washington, DC where she earned the Honor Graduate (highest overall performance) recognition. She is a full time agent with RE/MAX Classic Realty in North Carolina. Tina took her real estate licensing course at Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School, a RealtyU® Affiliate. |
| TROY SHEPHERD |

Troy Shepherd grew up in a small town in Southern Ohio. He graduated from high school and attended a small Christian college in Parkersburg, West Virginia where he received his Bachelors in Elementary Education. Because of his love for music, during college he sang with a six member a-cappella music group that traveled around the East Coast performing over 100 concerts a year. He met his wife, Danielle, during his first year in college and married her four years later. They moved to North Carolina after college, started as a sales trainer while his wife taught 2nd grade at a local elementary school. Just recently, they both took on the challenges of a career change. Danielle took the position as the Center Director for Sylvan Learning Center and Troy decided to use his sales training in a field that would allow for more opportunities and greater freedom, Real Estate. After receiving his license in February of 2005, Troy has become the Top New Agent at Century 21 Triad, closing five deals and obtaining seven new listings in his first quarter. |
