Bernice Green

Bernice progressed from working at a shirt making facility to working for Gen. Colin Powell in the Army. Green went on to be selected for Army recruiting duty completing nine years as a recruiter. She served in numerous leadership positions and received many awards and commendations, recently retiring with 20 years of service. Green received her licensing course at Champions School of Real Estate, a RealtyU® Real Estate School located in Houston, Texas. Bernice is a full time agent with Keller Williams Houston, Texas. |

Michelle Diehl

Michelle graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a Type A - General Teaching Certificate. She taught middle school for four years. She became the corporate trainer for BlueCross/BlueShield of Colorado and reminds us that according to Helen Keller, “Life is a daring adventure or nothing.” Her personality is driven by faith, confidence and endurance. Michelle received her licensing courses at Jones College, a Kaplan Professional Company located in Denver, Colorado. Michelle is a full time agent with Century 21 Ski Town Associates, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Lori graduated Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business education and a master’s degree in adult and occupation education. Bair was the director of admissions and an instructor in the business department at a community college in Kansas. Her goal in 2006 is to be the Prudential Dinning-Beard Wichita, Kansas rookie of the year. She had listed four homes and one commercial property and closed one with three in escrow. Lori received her licensing courses at Career Education Systems, a RealtyU® Real Estate School located in Wichita, Kansas. Lori is a full time agent. |

After college, Lori worked for American Red Cross managing 250 volunteers serving a seven county area in North Georgia. Heerde then became the public relations manager for Lanier-Ricoh Worldwide. Eventually she went back to non-profit as director of the American Cancer Society Foundation and from there into real estate. She sold her first home five days after becoming licensed, and her second listing within three weeks thereafter. Lori received her licensing courses at Georgia MLS Training Institute in Sugar Hill, Georgia. Lori is a full time agent with RE/MAX Professionals Suwanee, Georgia. |

Misti attended the University of Arkansas and Middle Tennessee State University where she was involved with campus television stations. She believes that the relationship skills learned by interviewing people will help her greatly as she grows her real estate business. Formally she was the Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a subsidiary of the nation’s largest book & magazine wholesale distributor. Misti received her licensing courses at T.R.E.E.S. (Tennessee RE Educational Systems), a RealtyU® Real Estate School located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Misti is a full time agent with Keller Williams Realty Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Patrick Shamblin bought Hot Wheels direct from Mattel at age 4, operated his own bicycle repair shop at 9, negotiated with real estate brokers to clean and paint their windows at 11 and threw two Sunday paper routes at 12. Starting from laborer to handyman he climbed to ultimately become a property manager, landlord and investor. Patrick has managing up to 100 employees at a $30 billion company. Patrick received his licensing courses at Armbrust Real Estate Institute a RealtyU® Real Estate School located in Greenwood Village Colorado. Patrick is a full time agent with Home Real Estate Centennial, Colorado.

| Anita Lam |

Anita Lam was formally a 19 year old Chinese shop girl in Hong Kong. After working 3 jobs for 11 months, Anita won a scholarship to Beaver College in Philadelphia. Anita arrived in 1971, knowing no one and having no additional resources. She completed graduate school and worked as a teacher and administrator in colleges and universities for 16 years until she was laid off. A friend in real estate planted dream seeds about a new career. Anita took her real estate licensing course at Polley Associates Real Estate School a RealtyU Affiliate in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Anita is a full time agent with Elfant Wissahickon Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. |
| John McCloskey |

John was formally a Respiratory Therapist who also worked in university administration at the University of San Diego. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Drexel University in Elementary Education and then took a position at the University of San Diego for ten more years. In 2005 John began to critically look at his life and realized that he desired much more quality. He moved to Tucson to begin a new life with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. John took his real estate licensing course at Hogan School of Real Estate, a RealtyU affiliate in Tucson.

Kirk attended the University of Massachusetts, graduating from the School of Management with honors. Kirk initially honed his business and customer service skills while working for Enterprise Rent A Car and went from washing cars to running an airport branch. Kirk moved to Denver, Colorado and began working at the corporate headquarters of RE/MAX International as a franchise consultant. Kirk is now a full time agent with RE/MAX in Lone Tree, Colorado. Kirk took his real estate licensing course at Armbrust Real Estate Institute, a RealtyU affiliate in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

| Pamela Groomes |

While attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Pamela was hired as a contract furniture salesperson for the Commercial Interiors Division of the Joseph Horne Company. After five years Pamela was hired by Kittinger to open and manage a 5,000 sq. ft. showroom in the Michigan Design Center. Two years later she was managing the showroom in the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. The furniture business changed in 1990 and her career ended. Pamela knew when she moved to Florida that she should be in the real estate business and now works for RE/MAX in Stuart Florida. Pamela took her real estate licensing course at IFREC Real Estate School, a RealtyU affiliate in Stuart Florida.
