Real Estate Apprentice
Foundation

The Foundation is driven to support underrepresented and underprivileged communities by developing successful real estate careers and creating a more diverse real estate industry.

DIVERSITY

Who we are

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation chartered to assist people, wishing to pursue a career as a real estate agent, by providing guidance on how to become licensed, access to products and services, memberships to Realtor associations and MLSs, and access to brokerage companies desirous to hire new agents.

Vision

To contribute to an effective residential real estate brokerage industry, that is both professional and diverse.

As many minority groups (such as African Americans, Native Americans, and Hispanics) are underrepresented in the real estate industry and also usually lower on the earnings scale, the Foundation hopes that the Apprentice grant program will help improve those imbalances.

About the Foundation

The Real Estate Apprentice Foundation was created by Stefan Swanepoel, New York Times best-selling author and chairman of T3 Sixty. He and T3 Sixty have donated the Apprentice trademark, various web domains, and committed to spearhead and finance the launch of the Foundation.
